I guess there are so many Propolis extracts on the market that it is difficult to find the right one. I can say that the Twinlabs extract is not the right one. I don’t know how much bee pollen extract is actually in the bottle, but I do know that it is full of other stuff which doesn’t dissolve in liquid. That in itself may not be bad, but in the past when I have used almost pure extract I would put about 20 drops in a glass of apple juice. When I try to do the same with this bottle it just drops straight to the bottom of the glass and sits there even after stirring. With all the additives, I think they forgot the most important part (the bee pollen extract). I looked for the bargain and bought the twin pack. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have used this product for about 5 years now and like it as always. Before this, I used the 100% one from Australia. The Australian one was good but I cannot find it here in the US.
